Service includes exchanges, repair, installations, and
troubleshooting during normal business hours. Services
provided nights, weekends, and holidays are billed on an "as
used" basis.
VIP
Service customers are entitled to around-the-clock
service without additional fees. If you own the equipment,
we service it without overtime fees. If we own the equipment,
we service it free of charge. If you need an emergency
exchange, there is no delivery or overtime charge.
Custom
Service means just that. We will work with you to bring the
type of service you desire. Our business experience has taught
us that there is no such thing as a "typical" customer. Each
client has their unique requirements and we tailor our service
to meet your needs. Don't be content with a phone quote
- insist that we visit your location and understand your
needs.

and Sweet: DI Water responds to all customers 24 hours per
day 365 days per year. Our goal is to ensure that you have
