Carbon Exchange Tanks - DI
WATER stocks 12x40 mesh carbon and acid-washed carbon,
ready for delivery to your facility. Carbon is the
most often used form of water treatment to remove
taste and odor components of water. In addition,
carbon removes chlorine and chloramines upstream of
membrane-based systems.
Cation Exchange Tanks - Only semiconductor-grade resin is used in our
facility. Our Strong Acid Cation (SAC) exchange resin
is regenerated with multi-megohm quality water
elevated to a temperature of 110 ºF to ensure the
highest level of regeneration. Cation resin captures
the positively charged ions in your water such as
calcium, magnesium, potassium and sodium.
Anion Exchange Tanks -
Only semiconductor-grade resin is used in our
facility. Anion resin removes negatively charged ions
from process water such as chlorides, nitrates,
carbonate, bicarbonates, sulfates, and silica. We have
the capability of utilizing either Weak Based Anion
(WBA) or Strong Based Anion (SBA) resins in our
exchange tanks. This ensures that the most cost
effective solution for the customer is utilized.
Mixed-Bed De-ionizers - These beds, mixed with 60% anion resin and 40%
cation resin, provide the highest water quality
possible. This product is ideally suited for the
bio-tech, semiconductor, and pharmaceutical
industries.
Choose Your Product Batch Regeneration

Resins from multiple jobs are combined and regenerated
together in large tanks. This process saves on labor
and chemicals resulting in lower costs to you.
Although economical, this service will produce 16.5
meg-ohm water.
Segregated In-Tank Regeneration -
In this process, each exchange tank is regenerated
individually. This resin is tracked so the customer
always gets resin that has not been combined with
resins from other uses. For example, resin that has
treated water for the electronics industry is never
mixed with resin that is used to condition incoming
potable water destined for a medical application.
Dedicated In-Tank Regeneration - For
customers that require complete control of their
processes, it is possible to have dedicated resin that
is used only by a specified customer. The resin and
tanks are individually regenerated and reserved
exclusively for a single client.
